1. Introduction

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services and digital products offered by The Centre for Astrology (“Company”, “We”, “Us”).By purchasing or booking any service, the Client (“You”) agrees to the terms outlined below.


2. Refunds for Consultations & Appointments

2.1

full refund may be issued if the Client cancels an appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

2.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend (a “no-show”), are not eligible for refunds.

2.3. If the Company needs to cancel or reschedule the appointment, the Client will be offered either:A rescheduled session, orA full refund.


3. Refunds for Courses, Workshops & Live Classes

3.1. Refund requests for live courses and workshops must be submitted no later than 7 days before the scheduled start date.

3.2. Refunds cannot be provided once the course or workshop has started, unless the event is cancelled by the Company.

3.3. If a course is cancelled by The Centre for Astrology, the Client will receive either:A full refund, orA transfer to another course of equal value.


4. Refunds for Digital Products

(In line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 regarding digital content.)

4.1. Digital products, including but not limited to:Pre-recorded coursesDownloadable contentPDF materialsPersonalised astrology charts or written reports

are non-refundable once delivered, as digital items cannot be returned.
